Leo played football until a knee said no at twenty-two. He spent the two years after that in physiotherapy rooms learning why bodies break, and the eight since teaching people how to keep theirs.
«Nobody gets strong in the eight weeks. They get strong in the eight years.»
He coaches in a converted warehouse in Lisbon: forty people a week, most of them beginners, none of them on a transformation deadline. He posts the boring parts on purpose — the warm-ups, the deloads, the weeks where nothing happens.
He does not sell shortcuts. He sells showing up on a Tuesday in February.
