1. Service

Biospace lets creators publish a link-in-bio page (plan Auto, self-service) or a hand-built portfolio (Signature). Provided by Cristian Jimenez — Biospace · Horizon Digital Studio (Einzelunternehmen), Rathausmarkt 19, 41747 Viersen, Germany.

2. Prices and payment

Auto: 7-day free trial, then €4.99/month, taxes included where applicable. A payment method is required to start the trial; the first charge happens on day 7 unless you cancel before. You can cancel anytime from your panel; the page stays online until the end of the paid period, then goes into pause.

Signature: one-time setup of €19.99 plus €4.99/month maintenance, cancellable anytime with effect at the end of the current period.

One-time components (media kit, Open Collection and others shown in the panel) are paid once and stay unlocked for as long as the page exists. Payments are processed by Stripe.

3. Pause and deletion

When a subscription ends, the page enters pause: the name and photo stay visible, links are hidden, and it can be reactivated in one click. After 90 days in pause the page and its files are deleted and the name becomes available. Unpublished drafts are deleted 30 days after creation.

4. Private collections

A Signature creator may offer a private collection that followers unlock by paying the price the creator sets. Access is granted after payment, without registration.

5. Right of withdrawal (digital content)

As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. If you ask us to start the service before that period ends and expressly confirm that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed, the right expires with full performance (§356 (5) BGB). The free trial lets you evaluate the service at no cost. To withdraw, send an unequivocal statement to info@horizondigitalstudio.com within the period.

6. Creator content

You confirm you hold the rights to the photos, texts and links you publish and you are responsible for them. Biospace may remove unlawful content and suspend pages used for spam, fraud or impersonation.

7. Liability and applicable law

German law applies. If you contract as a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules of your country of residence. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health; otherwise only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the typical foreseeable damage.
